Greg **** kept me very informed all his timelines were met exactly when he said they would be the quality of the paint work and the fit and finish was awesome was delivered on time the first time and everything was correct everybody at Abra Aurora location went above and beyond what I thought my experience would be I am so happy and I will be telling all my friends thank you so very much. Gm Troy even took the time to explane all the repairs in great detail. They will be getting holiday cards from me . Thank you!

Kind & courteous staff! Eric Princeler (sp?) was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Eric provided excellent customer service and was constantly providing me with updates on the status of my car repairs. I appreciated his attention to detail and under his supervision the body work repairs turned out beautifully. I would recommend Abra Aurora to a friend. Thank you!!

Everything was fine excepting waiting extra to have work completed that should have been done before I was called. Your staff was fine except the first guy seemed more interested in making the insurance company happy than me.

It has taken way too long to get fixed. I keep getting calls of how they are getting it fixed. It took over three weeks to get it fixed. They done very piss poor quality control. It cost way more than it should have cost to be fixed. I probably will not be taking the vehicle back to everybody to be worked on I think I will find another body shop. I have had it in their book for her bumper damage and the paint is peeling on the bumper and they're saying it was hated that we do not know if it was here and they refused to fix the paint therefore I still consider it not much for customer service.

The extraordinary length of Time versus the what we were told at the outset was an extreme inconvenience. To top it off when were told it was ready, we were appalled to find that the electrical system was messed up which meant we didn't have our car for several more days. Then we were told that the car was again ready for pickup and arrived to find that once again the car was not working and had to wait another hour and a half for it to be finished. A 20 day job turned into twice the amount of time. We will not recommend Abra to any of our friends.

I appreciate how Mike called me often to let me know the status of my repairs. I like the text message notifications. That's pretty neat. I had some troubles with my car after picking it up. I notified Mike and he was very responsive. When my car started smoking, I really appreciate how quickly the team at ABRA responded to my concerns. There was someone that came to get me ASAP. I was also taken to get a rental car so that I can go on about my day. My car was fixed by end of business and that really made me happy. I was referred to ABRA by Mile High Honda and I don't regret letting them take care of my car. I would be a repeat customer. Thanks!
