The staff was very friendly and polite. They keep me updated on what was going on and was very accommodating. They answered all of my questions. I’m not sure if anyone else can beat the customer service that I received at this facility!

Jaime kept me updated twice a week on the progress of repairs. You finished repairs a head of schedule even though we asked to have the left front fender repaired after most of the other repairs completed. I liked texts along with the calls. Took way too long to get an appointment for my estimate. My past experience with other shops is that in the time it took to get my initial estimate completed I could have had my truck repair completed. Once I had the estimate completed and my appointment made the repair also took longer than normal because you didn’t order the parts till I dropped off the truck. On a positive side the repair was done satisfactory and your personnel were very nice.

Jaimee was so kind and pleasant to talk to throughout the process every time she called to give me an update on my cars repairs! Front desk was kind, quick, and organized both when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up! The staff was great! I dont know their names, but all were super helpful, on the abra on abaliene st, i talked to about 5 different people, all at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and the appraiser also was helpful. I had a good experience, i would recommend, good job on car too

The piece was not on correctly and when we told the lady she fed us some b.s. story about previous damage and not being able to do any better. Then she calls a man out n he noticed it immediately and said let's see what we can do to fix it And he took the car n tried. It looked better than before but very dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism of the woman and the way they showed my car finished

Better notification when the car is finished. Left with little time to make it from work to the shop before it closed. Had little time to organize the return of the rental car. Very stressful.
