Overall a seamless experience with well trained staff. Courteous. Impressed the owner came to meet me when the car was first brought in for an estimate , and came to say thank you when the repair job was completed and I drove off.

Excellent service with one suggestion. If you call stating the auto will be ready by 5:00 pm, meet that commitment & not delay completion until the next day at 5:00 pm!

I was extremely satisfied with the excellent and fast service I received! My car looks better than brand new! I couldn’t believe how fast you fixed it! The staff are knowledgeable and professional! They kept me updated and they were ready to answer all my questions ! I would recommend the company to all my friends and family! Lisa gave me information for my grandson who is interested in the auto body field! He intends to talk with her further about the job openings and the 2 year program for schooling ! 95% of everything was great! The repair work and customer service were both stellar. My one complaint is that I’m guessing that my windows were left down at some point while my car was in the shop and now I have this fine layer of dust, or overspray, that I cannot get off of my inside door panels. The Job was done perfectly and efficient in only one day. I was amazed when they called me next day to tell that i can come to pick up my car. The car was very clean and in better shape than when i drop it. Definitely fix auto will be one my first list to call when anything happens to my car or to someone i know. Thank you guys for giving me this perfect experience and this perfect customer care. You really know how to deal with your customers
