It took 40 minutes to pick up my car, supposedly because it was being "cleaned," but came out with streaks, yellow spots, big white dusty spots, a soggy and dirty paper mat on my driver side well, and windshield wipers covered in waxy substance! I understand things happen this close to the dump but if I'm going to wait that long for detailing I expect it to come out looking good. Oh well.

If the fix will be a quick one (like a week or two) it would be helpful if your firm offered a loaner or a rental to tide them over.

The repair was great but the texting service was disappointing. It was frustrating to learn after my service that the texts were computer generated and not actually sent by people, which rendered them inaccurate. I would have opted out if I'd known.
