Katie and James made an unfortunate experience very pleasant. James was able to locate a used part which was a huge money saver and he was exceptional in maintaining communication every step of the repair. Katie made us feel welcome as well as making our small repair seem very important. Fix is fortunate to have such wonderful employees. They set a high standard.
