The gentleman that provided me the estimate and actually worked on my, who's name I cannot recall, car was professional and did a good job. When I dropped off the car with him he told me he was going to make sure the deductible was indeed wavived, which he did. When I went to pick the vehicle up there was some confusion about the deductible with the lady at the desk. Luckily the gentleman that did the work on my car remembered that the deductible was wavived and had the lady check the notes and confirmed that the deductible was waived. A 15 minute inconvenience, but fine. The following week I got a voicemail from the office manager, Nesha. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. She threatened collections if I did not remit payment in 24 hours. When I took time out of my work day to call her back, I told her to check the notes in my file to confirm the deductible was waived. Rather than admitting her mistake and apologizing for wasting my time, Nisha just said fine and hung up on me. Extremely rude. I was totally satisfied with your service prior to this point, but now I am very annoyed. I plain on contacting my insurance so hopefully they will stop recommending your shop. Of course, I will also be writing a review on yelp and other similar websites. It would behoove you to remind your employees not to threaten collections first thing before talking to the customer. I'd remind you that California has strict consumer protection laws regarding debt collection. Further, hanging up on people is never good customer service. Nisha needs a refresher course on how to treat people professionally. I hope your shop will treat others more professionally in the future.

Fix Auto did a great job keeping me informed of the progress on my car and returning it to factory condition. The car looks beautiful and your service was terrific. The office managers were also excellent at their jobs. Fix auto is a great place to go for repairs.

They forgot to test wind shield wiper and there were no water spray out when cleaning wind shield by pulling the handle. This problem was quickly identified and corrected.

Fast & friendly service. Went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. When the shuttle wasn't available to take me home after I left my car for repairs - the manager gave an employee the keys to his personal car to use to take me home so I didn't have to wait.

You've surpassed my expectation. I am glad I'vest brought my car here at Fix Auto - Irvine.

Although I've only had my car back a few hours, the car looks great and works well. After a few days, I'll know better. The service, communication, professional and friendly manner was great. I would definately recommend Fix Auto to others.

the whole experience was very easy.....everyone was very professional and pleasant from the front desk to the estimator to the driver who brought the car around when it was completed....thank you very much for a stress free pleasant experience and getting the car back before the estimated time of completion was just icing on the cake!

You should be able to provide the Estimated time taken to fix the Vehicle within 24 hours of acceptance of your service by customer. This heLPS customer to make alternate arrangements for their substitute vehicle. Regards Tirumala V
