When I took my car in for the estimate at 11:30am, I was told the guy who does Wheels, Inc estimates was out for lunch and I had to come back later, which was inconvenient. I came back later and he did a complete and thorough inspection and estimate and said he would submit the estimate to Wheels. He was very nice and professional. For several days I received phone messages from Fix It asking me to schedule an appt for repairs. So I called Wheeels to verify approval and found our Fix It still hadn't submitted the estimate to Wheels. This was 2 weeks after the estimate was done. However eventually we got approval, the work was done and my car looks great!

Based on the recommendation of AAA, your service was prompt, thorough and professional. The email updates came in handy. The tech (cant remember his name) took the extra time to talk about some of the repairs. The counter person - Danielle was friendly and did a great job of going over everything. I have other repairs, not from the accident, so I will defintely use Fit Auto Irvine again.

The Front Staff was very curteous and professional and the repairs were very quick. I was told the shop would have the car for 5 days and they got it done in 2. I am very happy with the service your company provided

They must be more attentive to people's time restrictions and don't quote time needed for repair unless certain they can deliver.

The staff was very friendly and professional. My car was supposed to take 4 days for the repairs and was done in 2 days! I was kept in the loop in regards to the estimate of damages and the completion of my vehicle. Thanks for the great job done on the repairs and the speedy service provided!

I would have appreciated it if the delay in getting the part was explained to me clearly. I kept thinking that I could get the car back on thurs evening, but i had to take it and then return the next day..it was a surprise to see that the inside of the door exposed when i picked it up!!

I am satisfied overall performance of Fix Auto - Irvine. One thing I would like to suggest is clean washing the auto pror to deliver to the customer.
