I have had Fix Auto service my vehicles numerous times. The excellent customer service keeps me coming back. I had run off the curb and the side of my car had popped out. When I drove up to Fix Auto, a service personnel was walking by. I asked him to take a look at it. He not only took a look T it, he popped it back into place and told me to have a nice evening. A second occurrence of outstanding customer service was when my roommate parked my car against a box and scratched the paint. I dropped by Fix Auto to get an estimate. The service personnel went and retrieved his buffer and took 5 minutes to make the scratches disappear. He also told me to have a good evening. Where can you get this over-the-top kind of customer service with a pleasant attitude, a kind statement to have a great day, and don't forget about us for your car repairs? I can answer that - Fix Auto! You guys are the best!!!

I don't generally gush. Nobody likes the inconvenience of being in a traffic accident, even if it's minor. Between Fix Auto and AAA, it was about as non-aggravating as such things can be. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, the repair was done in less than the estimated time, and it looks as good as it did before the accident. No complaints from me, which is about as good as you're likely to do.

My car looks really really good. The guys performed excellent work, it shows, and I'm very grateful. So thank you guys for all your work and the speed of the repairs. Also, you guys washed it and vacuumed it, and that was really really really nice. It was a good feeling to get my car back looking the way it does. Thank you so much.
