Jessica was awesome she was friendly explained everything to me warm welcome when I came in and she send me updated status on my truck's status. I was very have excellent customer service experience. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Nicole kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle at all times. The great service made the inconvenience of having a vehicle repair very painless. This was my second time using Fix auto and I definitely will use in the future if necessary.

The girls in the office were so nice, they called me to advise of any changes. Jessica Raygoza was very informative as to the work on my car. She made me feel as if I was her only customer. I have taken my vehicle to Fix Auto Ontario, as well as my daughter has also taken her vehicle here. She was completely satisfied as well. I commend the workmanship along with the Customer Service Representative workers. Thank you all
