Holy cow, where I begin!? The entire experience was seamless. Everyone was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. This entire situation was caused by someone other than me, and so dreaded the process. (#controlfreak) From my first contact with USAA Insurance, to my interactions with EVERYONE at Fix Auto, and even Enterprise ... FLAWLESS! My car looks great, everything happened just as it was promised, the one curveball (dead battery replacement) was solved without a hitch, and I drove away in a beautiful, clean car and a little gift box of fudge! WHO DOES THAT!? Fix Auto, that's who! Thank you so much to everyone involved, and especially Leslie, Nancy, and Valerie. I have shared your info with my daughter, whose car needs some repair work, and will definitely be sharing my experience with friends. Now, if you had a XXL Fix Auto t-shirt... ;-)
