Actually I am not satisfied with Fixauto. You guys charge over 900.00 and should turn out a professional result but I am so dispointed with result when I first time saw the car. Luckily the manager (I was guessing) over there. He was so nice. He told me he will bring the car back and repaint. Also he offer me repairing (touch up)the left side damage for me. Second time I was there I realize that was a joke for repairing my left. They just spray some paint on the damage spot. That was totally not a professional way to do this for your customer. I feel I am so stupid to believe fix auto can do better job. Actually, I was feeling be cheated! Or I may expect to high for the manager's offer. What ever, it is over.

My car was repaired perfectly and on time as promised; however, the color of my bumper is completely different than the rest of the car. It is apparently a wrong color was ordered or applied. The rep informed me I need to bring my car on Monday for inspection so we will have to see what my option is.
