I really think you guys could have better communicated with my insurance about the fault and who had to pay the deductible. I was rear ended and still had to pay the 500 deductible to get my car! And the receiver on my car was damaged and you tell me to go to where it was purchased and get a new one and submit a bill to my insurance for repayment, that should have been you getting a new one and having it replaced

The gentleman who handled the my vehicle estimate the first time did not take take pictures of the damages. I explained him that I my vehicles have been repaired there twice before and I was going to have my truck repaired there again because they do good work, so I surprised he didn't take pictures the first time.

Fantastic and effortless experience with Fix Auto. Dropped the car off and received text messages regarding the status of my car daily. Fix auto even finished my car 2 days before they said they would. Wonderful experience, even washed and detailed my car!! 5 stars!!

Every staff member was very eager to help me with whatever they could. I was always offered refreshments whenever the moment was appropriate for one. Every part of my interaction with this location was seamless, straightforward, and easy. This location will always be my first thought any time I need repairs done on my vehicles.

From start to finish, everyone at Fix Auto Yorba Linda was kind, efficient, informative, and attentive. Had my rear bumper fixed by them in less than a few days. The ladies that work there made me feel comfortable and like I was taken care of, and my car itself looks great now that the bumper is fixed! They even washed/wiped down my car before I picked it up.

My bumper guard was not replaced with the same guard I had on the original as it was an upgrade and no one communicated that to me until I mentioned it to you,
