Meredith Sorensen took care of the initial paperwork and was a pleasure to deal with. She was very professional and answered all of my questions which put me at ease after the trauma of my accident. Everything was taken care of in the initial contact and I felt that I was in good hands.
Mark Dunning handled the servicing of my vehicle. He was very friendly and reassuring in his handling my vehicle problems. Mark kept in frequent contact with me and kept me apprised of the progress of the repairs.
