Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Centennial

My only complaint is that I received an automated email on Friday after 5pm telling me that my car was completed and ready for pickup. By the time that I received it and called the office was closed for the weekend. I waited until 2pm on Monday and never received an email or call from my service rep to tell me that my car was ready. It was but I was not able to pick it up until Tuesday morning. When I picked it up it was not washed. They took it in to wash but it took up more time. Did not seem to be prepared to get my car back to me in a timely manner resulting in several days of additional car rental costs and were not prepared for my pickup with the car washed and ready to go.

The staff was in a hurry and dismissed my concerns about the repair. I saw an obvious scratch with a razor blade I could catch with my fingernail and without bothering to look, concluded it must be dirt and couldn't have been from the clear bra installation. Afterwards, my adjuster disappeared without clear steps to resolve my concerns.

Everyone was very friendly and when I was running late the evening it was ready to pick up they all worked with me in order to ensure I received my vehicle that night!

The ABRA Auto Body & Glass team is an absolutely outstanding job from beginning to end. The body repairs and paint job were of the highest quality. My car looks like it just rolled of the new car lot. Everyone at ABRA, from the receptionist, to the appraiser, and the rest of the team were most professional and treated me with the utmost courtesy. Grant Bacon took time from his busy day to e-mail me daily updates on the progress of the repairs to my car, which I considered exceptional customer service. I really appreciated him taking the time to send updates. I have already recommended ABRA at County Line and Colorado to two acquaintances who have auto show quality cars. One owner has a "couple of dings" in his show car and will probably be looking at your facility in the near future. I have also completed SafeCo Insurance Company's customer satisfaction survey and gave the ABRA team the highest marks and praise possible. The work looks great and customer service was excellent! My FJ is better than it was before the accident.

The whole repair process was very informative with Grant. He did a great job at telling me what was going on with the repairs. This process was very non stressful for me, which was great. I will definitely be bringing my cars here in the future if anything happens!

Great communication and customer service!

Very satisfied, work was completed in a timely fashion despite a delay caused by the ignition interlock company supplying Abra with instructions on how to disconnect it. This took longer than the actual vehicle repair. The car looks great, it was just the rear bumper but everything looks good. Mark Dunning was very professional and friendly. I appreciate getting a ride home the day I dropped the car off, an added Plus. Thank you and I would definitely recommend you. Jeff W
