Took twice as long as the 2 days initially projected. (The car that hit me sustained more damage, yet was repaired in one day.)
Also, your email updates were rather meaningless. ("Just checking in; your car is looking good! Have fun today and leave the work to us.") Another shop sent us photos each day with updates indicating whether or not the repairs would be done as scheduled.
On the plus side: Very friendly staff and a good job was done.

The rear quarter panel not lining up with bumper. The trunk lid is not properly aligned (driver-side), when shut. The service agent and Manager are both aware; they have assured me it will be made right. The are going above and beyond to take care of me. I sincerely appreciate the way they have addressed this issue.

Kim Nash was great. She called and left me updates everyday, she gave me thorough information and honest recommendations, and she was professional and friendly at all times. The front desk receptionist was professional and if she didn't have the answer, she asked someone who did. There was **** other person I met during this process at ABRA. I don't remember his name, but he kind of blew me off when I said the insurance would let ABRA do the estimate due to my schedule as a traveling nurse. I ended up having to get the appraiser's name and number and come back a second time to confirm that ABRA could do the estimate. I just wish he would have been more professional and taken the time to hear me out. It was really because of Kim that this was a good experience and I think other employees should strive to offer the same excellent service.
