I was extremely impressed with every contact I had with Doug, my primary contact. He was informative and considerate. Kelly, my first contact, made me feel this was the place to take my Subaru. My family and friends have all been amazed at the consideration shown to me by Drury's and say they would definitely use your services if the need should arise for body work. My Subaru looks wonderful--good for another 11 years! It was so comforting to know the various stages of the work being done. The interaction between Drury's and Enterprise Car Rental was so helpful. In the past I took my car to Drury, the service, quality of work and overall experience wer so good that when my car need repairs again there was no question where to go. The entire staff takes the pain out of an accident. They understand the agony of traffic accidents and fender benders. They do everything possible to eliminate any and all agony in getting that fender bender fixed. Completely stress free repairs. By the way the text updates are great. You always know the status of your car and when it will be coming home!! Thank You for the speedy, quality and most of all friendly repairs.
