Do not contact me, I dislike how the date kept changing when my vehicle would be ready and I was annoyed when I called the morning of the 18th to see if my car would finally be done only to be told it might take another day and as soon as I got off the phone with Stephanie I had a text alert saying it was done. Nobody in that office seems to know what they're doing or are even on the same page. I dislike that when I brought my car in it was fine aside from one paint chip and when I picked it up and found a new scratch I was told that the guy just didn't catch it since my car was dirty. I know what scratches were on my car and that was a new one I didn't appreciate having my concern pushed to the side and the inside of my car was covered in dust from the door. Overall never going back and would never recommend them to anyone

Everyone at Francis Collision Centre was so kind and helpful. I felt comfortable, the staff communicated everything with me and the repairs were done in a timely manner. The man who repaired my Ford Fiesta was very helpful in explaining everything. Hopefully I won't ever find myself here because of a collision, otherwise I'd come here again and again. I'd recommend Francis Collision Centre to anyone! Thank you for the stress-free experience. I almost forgot about how awful getting into an accident was because of this place.
