Most everything was super. But when I inspected the car, the trunk cover was put in backwards and one of your kind employees helped me. I do not know if it was necessary to remove this cover to fix the doors ? I found a couple of small parts inside the vehicle. The important repairs(2 claims) where great. Your staff is grand and patient. Thanks again for a job well done. JUDY ****

When I picked up my car first time it was dirty and I couldn't tell if the damage was repaired After it was washed I noticed there is some more scratches on the roof of the car and also on the rear passenger door. Kraft body shop had to give me a rental car and fix the scratches which took two days. When I came to pick your car up it was dirty again and had to be washed so that I could inspect the outside of the car . It had pen marks from where the inspector had marked the car were the roof need to be repaired again. I was disappointed that there wasn't some better quality control or a manager would inspect the car before I was offered to pick it up again.

So glad I brought my BMW to you guys! Brian and Sal were so gracious and helpful. The repairs look great and I really liked the auto-update emails I received. Besides the convenient auto- emails, Brian sent me the estimate right when he said he would and updated me on the repairs by phone too. I'm really impressed with the professionalism and courtesy I received. Thanks again for doing such a great job and kudos to the awesome employees of Kraft's! - Neely F
