Your automatic updates are completely unreliable and I think you go back to the good old reliable way of calling your customers once a week with updates on your progress. If you can look up all the bad updates I about my trucks progress I think you will see how bad your auto update system is. Your employees even know and have to let the customers know that the system is not reliable.

Kraft's does a superb job. One van not tell the driver side door had any damage. It's like new.Wow! And the matching of the paint is incredible. I'll always recommend Krafts Body Shop to anyone who needs some body work done.

The car looks great. Was a slight delay in completion, but not a major issue. Only suggestion is that you could have done a better job of keeping me updated on my car's progress throughout the process. But that said, everyone I dealt with was very professional, friendly and competent. I would gladly recommend your business.
