We had a great experience overall, and were very happy with the work completed on our truck. The only negative I could come up with is that everytime we called in to check on the status, I had to wait for a call back because the guy we needed to talk to was always busy. However, the return calls were usually quickly done. So overall, THANKS!

The repairs done on the car were not very good, with several areas on the "reconditioned" bumper not looking good at all. I have re-booked to have the repair done right and I hope that it will be so. However, it is a pain dealing with drop off/rental car/pick up when these issues should have been seen by one of your personnel. I am surprised as Kraft has such a good reputation that you would not have caught such blatant issues on the repair.

Would have liked an accurate estimate of the time the car was going to need to be in the shop. The estimated time of completion was delayed twice. The repairs were done very nicely. I did not receive an estimate of repairs from your company but one was made available online through Nationwide. Didn't really have time to try and access it online. A text message with the cost of repair and insurance coverage would have been great.

I have used Kraft's many times and every time I am so impressed with the quality, professionalism, and ease of the experience. Car problems can be overwhelming, but when I go through Kraft's, everything is seamless- from the insurance, to the scheduling, and even renting a car. Everyone I have worked with at Kraft's is friendly, knowledgable, and professional.

It's too late to have me completely satisfied. You did not deliver my car properly repaired. The fact that I was assured by Ruben that he personally inspected my car when before delivery, only to find the plastic moldeing above the rear tire not properly secured to the car, is very disappointing. So now the moldeing has double sided tape holding it "into shape" ( and possiblly damaged). It turns out that i have been asked to bring the car back to have it properly secured. You had my car for 3 weeks....it seems like you have no time to do it right but plenty of time to do over (this wastes my time). I hope your recovery service is better. You hav lowered my trust in your ability. I am sure that is not the reputation you are striving for.

I was struck by the positive work environment that all your employees have created. You all waltz together in kindness and respect. It was delight to witness a an unuasual moment of your giving spirit when 2 , I assume, homeless men came in for coffee and the charging of a cell phone. Thank you, Jena M
