Great service and the car looked like new after the repairs! Ford AutobBody is the shop that I would take my car after a mishap. In addition the staff was so friendly and helpful during the repair process. I really liked the text updates on the status of the repairs!

It would be nice to have someone help move car seats from car to car. Transporting everything from car to car is a lot of work. Maybe some male chivalry. Some desire to want to help a lady that doesn't have any one helping her even if it's just carrying car seats from car to car since putting them in is a liability. I noticed several different times when men were around and didn't bother helping a lady with a child or a baby. Such care would be so appreciated.

I just want to say thank you so much Ford Auto Body for making our car repair experience so wonderful for myself and for my entire family! Having such easy access to initially bringing the car in for inspection, then leaving it and having a quick shuttle to the rental car was such a time saver! A super big thank you to Miss. Monica & her office partner in crime :) Her expertise, efficiency and kindness made the entire process easy and very comforting! They both deserve a big raise and a fabulous parking space :) Thank you as well for the email notifications and updates too!! We will definitely recommend and encourage people to use your services.
