I appreciate the fact that Ford Auto shop kept me inform on every detail on my car and also called me for any concern with my car. I appreciate it and felt very calmed. They were very professional and also very kind to me. I will definitely refer people to the company and also if I have any future issue with my car I will go back with the company. when the car was picked up it was completely empty of gas. The warning light said "5 miles left until empty". It had gas when it was dropped off. Other than that, everything owas great

AAA suggested your location (or Pride on Oxnard). I yelped your place and it seemed to being have much higher reviews. I'm so glad that I selected your location! Monica and Maria were so nice in the office - as well as Gary and David and the detailer gentleman - truly everyone who spoke to us. Such personable people - even one of your mechanics played peek-a-boo with my 15-month-old when we were there the first day to get the estimate. You have a great group all around. Ps.
