Great team!! I loved your ladies in the front office. They made me want to come again and again. I was consistently updated and they answered any question I had. Best customer service experience I have had in ages. They need to train others.

They pulled my car apart and then it sat there for over a week while they waited for parts. I asked if I could get my car back while parts were on order and Greg said it wasn't possible unless I wanted to drive my car with the front passenger side door missing. I told him I thought the way he was speaking to me was t polite or professional. I was extremely frustrated! It took them 18 days to repair a dented door! I had to be without my car for an unexceptable amount of time. Greg also lied about when parts were actually in. Terrible experience. I will NEVER use this shop again.
