Latest repairs took much longer than promised and were incomplete. Repairs to the body of my car was delayed due to an error on the part of the body shop. This was the result of personnel buffing off the clear coat and damaging the new paint job resulting in the part having to be repainted. This delayed the return of my car by another two days. This was after an earlier two day delay because the repair shop did not promptly turn my vehicle over to the body shop on time. The delays in the repair shop were inexcusable as the work requested was pretty straightforward. A simple oil change and flushing of the brake fluid. In regard to this work, the on-board computer was not reset properly so I had to have another mechanic reset. In addition, this mechanic found the brake fluid was not properly flushed so I had to have it redone. Overall, very disappointed quality of service.

Everybody was super friendly with each other and myself to the extent of setting up a payment plan to get my vehicle. My other vehicle was with Gustafon Brothers as well, a Toyota Corrola; that is running allot better after an extensive tune-up.
