The entire process of getting our car fixed at Gustafson Brothers was very organized and straightforward. From the coordination with the insurance company to the rental car to the status updates, your team made everything easy. Having said that, I hope we don't ever need to see you again (ha ha).

The repairs were excellent. There was lack of communication between my insurance company and you. When I called to on the day car was supposed to be was ready was advised hadn't been started. A call to me (the customer) would have solved all problems as I had already been paid by insurance. It took a further week - 10 days in all - before car ready. I brought car in on Monday, not started until Thursday.

You seem to have an exceptional team who extend themselves (not to mention their hours)to "wrap things up" on a high note. My special thanks (and applause) to Linda Alvarez. What a treat to call a business and be greeted by a polished, professional voice...I immediately assumed a "voice-over" pro was involved. Surprise! I understand he is a member of the Gustafson family. Great voice!
