More than lived up to my expectations. Kept me informed throughout the entire process and held to the due date without sacrificing the quality of the repair. What more could you ask for? Hopefully I'll never need auto body work again but if I do, Gustafson Brothers will be the phone number I call.

Great experience. Danny Lee is very professional and friendly. I enjoyed the texts informing me the status of the repair. Overall my car looked great and they even buffed out my bumper. I really appreciated that. My car looked better than ever.

Your customer service is top of the line. However your communication with me created a gap that ended up costing me more money. I received text messages when I first dropped off my car for service and got a rental vehicle while my car was being serviced. That created the expectation that I would receive notice of when my car would be finished. I waited and waited, but did not receive a text that my car was finished. I was not aware that your staff had left me a voicemail message advising that my car was finished 3-4 days ago. I was only made aware when the car rental company called me asking when I would return the rental car and that I would be charged an additional day's rental. If I had received a text message, I would not have kept the rental car longer than I needed to. It isn't a lot, but it is an annoyance that takes away from the otherwise high class service that I received from your staff. Sincerely, David T
