My only "less than positive" comment is that my cost is 50% higher than what Kirstin Rickers estimated for me initially. Other than the cost, the service is very good.

A simple coin purse was taken from my center console. It was black and has the letters JSLV. It only had a few dollars in coins in it. But it had a lot of sentimental value to me. I’ll wait for someone to get back to me before I write my yelp review.

Hello: The reasons for my Honda being brought to Gustafson Brothers are two fold. First, the vehicle required general maintenance which Jose Perez oversaw and managed. Second, the vehicle required body work which Kelly Babineau oversaw and managed. I wish to extend kudos to Kelly and Jose for a job well done. My only comments: ****) On Friday when I returned from putting gas in the rental vehicle, Kelly was assisting another customer and was thus unavailable. A Gustafson employee, a female with brunette shoulder length hair was sitting at the back desk on the right with another employee. She asked me several times for my name and each time she said it incorrectly. Not certain if she did not hear me or was just being difficult. Eventually, Eden stepped in and helped - thank you to Eden. 2) On Saturday afternoon when I put gas in my vehicle I realized that the maintenance minder was not reset to 100% which is a first. I had to go back to Gustafson and have a technician reset the gadge. Not sure how this was missed by the technician who worked on the vehicle. It appears that Jose did not catch this either when inspecting the vehicle prior to releasing it to the body shop. Again, thank you Gustafson Brothers for taking good care of my vehicle. There is a lot of vibration that wasn’t there before the accident when he car is idling. There was also quite a bit of grease on the front fender.

From the time I came in to get an estimate for repairs without an appointment and was taken care of immediately, I knew I had come to the right place. The estimate was prepared while I waited and the insurance company was notified that same day. I had my vehicle in the following Monday and got it back in a week. The work looks great and you can't tell it was even damaged. The daily updates via e-mail was a nice touch and I appreciated being kept current on the status.
