They kept me Steadily informed about the process where they were at and tell me when it was going to be done and it was completed in the time they said it was gonna be completed. When I went to go pick it up I was met by two nice ladies that help me in the checkout process and the person that went and looked at my car with me was very thorough and even make sure that everything was working correctly.

I was very pleased with the way y’all kept me updated with my van but,at the very end y’all kind of messed up. You had sent me a text up till the day my van was supposed to be done. You sent me a text at 5 pm tell me my van would be ready to pick around 5:31,then a couple minutes later I get a call saying that my van wouldn’t be ready until the next day. But, the next day y’all did call me sooner because, a part came in broken. all in all I was very pleased with y’alls work,if I need work again I will bring it to you and I would recommend y’all to my friends.thank you very much !

Everyone I met was very helpful and made my kiddos and I feel welcome and well taken care of. Especially when we were trying to get the stroller in and out of the door! We litteraly had people running to hold it for us. Made my job as a momma much easier, so thank you for that!

Just thought maybe a woman is being taken advantage of because she called a bumper a fender when she ask someone to look at damage. Paceline actually suggested that we rear ended something. Mudflaps are missing. The front did hit one of those plastic devided lane poles. And clearly looking at the accident site there are still pieces strewn about and black marks on the white pole. The flex went up on the curve explaining why the right driver mud flap is loose. I suggest you look at the front end and underneath for damages. I would not have choose Paceline for repairs. Saylor did not know she had a choice. And there should not be any new parts charged if the were reparable.
