It took longer then I had expected, but they made sure that my car was done correctly & that they made sure my car was returned to me how it was before my accident. & so far every thing is in working order! Both the ladies working the front desk are sooo kind and sweet. Mike (I think) or whoever the guy who help me with my car was really made my experience easy. Everyone at Paceline , from the time I walked in the door the first time, was very friendly and nice to me. I really appreciate going somewhere that they treat you like family and you are not just a number. They had everything set up with the rental car place so I just had to sign a paper and take the car. Paceline was finished with my truck a day earlier than I was told and even though they only had 30 minutes until closing, they still texted me to let me know if I wanted to pick up my truck I could. I was kept informed on the progress of my repair work and I appreciate that very much. When I arrived to pick up my truck, the same atmosphere was there. Everyone friendly and making sure I was 100% satisfied. The ladies explained warranties for me and what to do and not do , and just didn’t push me out the door that close to them closing. I will definetly recommend Paceline to anyone needing a collision center. The entire visit until picking up my truck was made easy by their professionals. Thank you for taking care of me.
