We were amazed at how clean the interior was after being in the body shop so long. The area worked on was a little dirty when we picked it up. We were having trouble evaluating the work done. It looked like scratches. We voiced our concern and you took it to the back and cleaned it off! Thanks the car looks great and the pieces are lined up great!

From start to finish Paceline was professional, informative, and excellent. I appreciate how Eli kept me informed through daily texts to my phone. Y'all finished on the exact day that you promised. The car looks like the day I bought it. The paint match is perfect, and the workmanship is outstanding. Your integrity in how you operate your business is rare in this day and age. I need to take my vehicle back. The door isn’t properly aligned, so it won’t lock/unlock properly. There’s also a gap between the weather seal and leather wrapping on the edge of the door.

I had a wonderful experience with Paceline Collision Center in Abilene TX. Both secretaries were so helpful everytime that I came in or spoke to them on the phone. Holli was very organized and able to explain every thing to me in detail and helped reassure me that my truck was in good hands! The guys in the back did a phenomenal job on the repairs to my truck. Eli and Austin in particular were awesome! They went above and beyond and made sure that all of the repairs were completed correctly and on time. They were wonderful about keeping me updated during this process and I not once felt left out of the loop. I knew every detail along the way and was able to call or email if I had any questions or concerns! The lobby was super clean and they offered refreshments at both drop off and pick up of my vehicle. I have already recommended you guys to a friend of mine and I will continue to do so in the future. I could obviously go on all day about the exceptional service that I received at Paceline while my vehicle was being repaired. This is the second vehicle we have had repaired with Paceline. I can honestly say that they made the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

I did not pick up the car, the side mirror was not repaired. Eli **** was very apologitic and promised to make it right. So, it's all good.

This was my first collision repair ever, that being said this was the best experience ever. The whole staff was friendly and made this go smoothly. They were quick and the end result was amazing. Brought he vehicle in dirty because hey it's life but picked it up looking like it came off the showroom floor. Hope I will not need to do this again but would definitely have work done here again. The service and the repair job were both awesome. The only concern I had was that some of my personal belongings were moved around inside the car. Nothing was taken, and I understand that the csr has to he driven. I just wasn't sure why so many things were out of place. Overall still a really positive experience.
