I suppose the only comment would be "Keep up the great work!" My truck is better than new, and every member of your staff kept me from feeling like a babe in the woods as I navigated all the hullabaloo involved with getting the repairs done and the embarrassment of having a damaged vehicle. I was impressed from beginning to end of the entire process. Very friendly Proffesional staff all around Loved how the Apraiser Body Shop AND auto Rental is all in the same building. That's so simple it's genius. I liked how I was told how everything was goingto go from start to finish. The only recommendation I have is let the customer know the DAY BEFORE the car is supposed to come out the shop weather or not it will be ready. I know updates are done Tuesday and Thursday, but update needs to be given day prior

Having never been in a situation that called for major car repairs everyone at Paceline made the experience much less stressful. Customer service is A+++ and I got my car back looking brand new. And the snacks were awesome too.

Even though the car had to go back to the shop a couple of times and the pick up date keep getting push back, they eventually got everything right. The paint matched up the original and I didn't have to tell them. They noticed it themselves and repaint the bumper and matched it perfectly. The courtesy/friendliness of the staff is top notch!

Our truck looks great! They got it done in such a quick time! The truck came in on a Monday and they had it done by Wednesday! Everyone was so friendly and walked us through what was happening!
