I was told that my vehicle would be ready by 3/29/2016. On 3/29/16 I waited all day for a call. I was not once notified that my vehicle would take longer then anticipated. I called Paceline sometime before you closed and asked for a status on my vehicle and at that time I was told that It was In the system that it would be ready the next day on 3/30/16 even though all the text messages and emails you sent me said 3/29. No one thought to call and tell me the day changed. So on 3/30/16, I again waited all day for a call letting me know my when my vehicle would be ready or if that they needed additional time. I never received a phone call, email or text message letting me know they would need more time. Towards the end of the day I called again and at that time I was told the vehicle was getting the alignment done and it would be ready the next day. On 3/31/16, I once again waited all day for a call, email or text but once again didn't receive one. I called around 3:30 to get a status on my vehicle and at that time I was told it would be ready by 5pm. At 5:15 I called back because I had not been notified that I could come get the car. I was placed on hold for an extended amount of time before the phone either got disconnected or someone hung up. I called back and was placed on hold again. I was then told that it was STILL getting the alignment done. I told them that I needed my car by tomorrow (4-****-16) because my job was taking me out of town on Saturday and I wouldn't be able to come pick it up after that. My vehicle was ready today and although a few things were overlooked I am pleased with the work done and I feel the staff did a great job of addressing those concerns. I understand that things can take longer then originally anticipated and that is ok I just wish that I didn't have to waste my time waiting around all day and calling the office 2-3 times a day for a status on my vehicle. Furthermore please be advised that I did receive emails and text messages throughout the process, but towards the end it was done only after I had already spoken with the office staff about my vehicles status and after I let them know that I wasn't happy because I wasn't being properly notified.

We had to take my car to Jeep to have the alignment of the bumper fixed, the noise in the tire and the vibrations fixed. And after we picked it up from Paceline the passenger front and driver rear windows don't roll down. I'm very not happy.
