I think the actual repair on my vehicle was amazing, it looked like a brand new bumper. I am completely satisfied with the paint job that was done. The Geico and Enterprise representatives were also great and very friendly. My complaint is with the customer service I received in the office from Paceline. There was a problem with payment. The credit card machine in the office declined my card but my bank showed the payment as going through. Things like that happen and it would have been fine if they would have apologized, talked to me with respect and offered a solution to the problem. However, this was not the case, I was treated from the very beginning like it was my fault, as if it was my card or if I had insufficient funds which I did not. It was obvious it was a fault of the card machine or something on Pacelines end. They lady in the office told me I had to call my bank to get it fixed and when I did call my bank they said there was nothing they could do because the payment went through. I told the lady this and she still talked to me as if it was my fault. I was very hesitantly given my vehicle, which I don't understand because I paid what was owed. It was not my fault the machined did not process it correctly. The next day I was called by another lady representative who was very disrespectful and would continuously talk over me when I was trying to talk. I tried to explain the situation and she continued to talk over me and told me I would have to wait a couple days for the money to be returned and then come back to the office to pay it again. All if it was just absurd, I shouldn't have to take more time off work to go down to the office to pay for something I already paid for, especially to people that had been so rude in the first place. As stated I would have gladly worked through the issue in a reasonable manner if I hadn't been talked down to and spoken to like I was trying to get over on someone. They talked to me like I was trying to skip out on paying, which is crazy because it wasn't my fault, I tried to pay it. I loved the paint job and I think it is worth the money paid for it. When and if the money is returned to my bank I will gladly repay it. I just will not be returning to that office to do so due to the rude ladies that I spoke to previously. They obviously do not know anything about customer service or how to admit when something is the fault of the business and not the customer. I will have to mail the payment in or find an alternate method to pay.

Best car repair experience that I've had, since I've had my car. And that's been 5 years now.
