Phenomenal customer service. Jennifer, Ronald EVERYONE were fantastic! Kept us in loop every step of the way. The repairs were 5 star, we were so pleased we decided to go ahead and have Paceline do the grill repairs for damage prior to the magic worked on our Baby. Last but not least but frankly sad that I’m saying this but in the world we live in today everyone is in a rat race to make an extra buck. Jennifer explained to us that one of my fiancé’s pricey beloved wheels had damage so it had been replaced. No big deal right? We figured they kept it like some companies do to make an extra money. We made it home opened the trunk for towels to wipe her down and there was that wheel that looked fine to us, slightly bent but definitely something that still could have been sold. This told me a few things. Paceline has ethics, honesty and pays very close attention to detail. Anyone needing collision repairs, peace of mind, and reassurance that your in EXTRAORDINARY hands. Paceline is where it’s at!

After waiting 3 weeks to get an appointment to have the repair done. I was told it would take about 8 days to complete. I had to have the truck there at 8 am, which I assumed meant you would start work early that same day. Later that afternoon I was called and told because more vehicles were brought in it than was expected it would be faster if they took my truck to another facility in Killeen. I assumed that meant faster than the 8 days I had been told. I took my truck in on Dec. 13 and did not get it back until Jan. 9. I believe that you put other vehicles in front of me after I had set up an appointment. I was told I could get it back on Friday but that didn’t happen, I expected to get it Monday morning but was told it was being detailed. When I did pick it up on Tuesday the only detailing I could see was it had been vacuumed.

Absolutely loved my experience at Paceline! Chris and **** were both very welcoming and sweet. They helped me understand the whole process, since I had never been in an accident before. They went above and beyond with customer service. I very much appreciated the whole staff at Paceline!

The bumper on the right side was still a little off, but it was as good as it Paceline could get it, I quess. To a person who doesn't know about auto repairs and to the naked eye would not notice it. They tried.
