No need to contact me. The personal service was excellent. However, the taillight on the repaired side was plugged in improperly and was not working, and the rear wiper blade was replaced backwards. I have already fixed both and everything is fine. Overall, the repair work seems to be superb, but the missed tail/brake light was a bit of a big deal, since I drive to Austin in the dark every morning.

The staff was very polite and personable, especially Laurie Goode, and the repairs (including getting a new front bumper) were done in only three days. The repair guys even dabbed extra touch-up paint to stone chips on the hood before clear coating for the repair and added my front license plate & bracket that had not been on the car prior to the accident simply because I asked if they could. I will absolutely recommend this Paceline shop to people I know.

On Saturday morning I was checking the vehicle out and I notice that the hood was not aline correctly,2 bolts was not put on, the headlight on the right side was not plug in, there for the light did not work,The radiator overflow tank loose.

As I pulled into my driveway after picking up my car the check engine light came on. I drove this car for three days after my wreck before taking my car to Paceline Collision and had no problems. When I called George **** about the issue he insisted that they are not responsible. If the car was inspected properly, surely, they would have identified this problem unless they caused it themselves. I am extremely dissatisfied!

My check engine light was not on prior to the accident. Your representative (****) states the light, in his opinion, is not related to the accident. I do not feel that it is my obligation to prove this by going to a dealer and having them write a statement saying the accident caused the issue. The accident was not my fault and I am the one being inconvenienced.
