Despite a change in methodology as to how the repair to my 2014 Ram 1500 was to be performed and my misunderstanding as to why the change ... I can say that my experience with the folks at Paceline was very POSITIVE and a job well done !!!

Would have appreciated a more realistic timeline for the repairs. I was told it would probably take one week. When it was ready after two days, I had to re-rearrange my schedule.

Everyone was very courteous and helpful; however, there is a section of the repair that is unsatisfactory. Whoever did the repair and/or inspected it had to be aware of the issue. There seemed to be more interest in a quick turn around than in a quality repair. I would have preferred that it be done right. I will be contacting them on Monday to set up a time to bring the car in so they can explain why two parts do not match up well and what and when they can correct the problem.
