First, the level of communication was excellent. I always felt I knew exactly there the repair activity was at. Second, Brandon did a great job of adjusting to the issues that came up with the repair. Since my 2000 Corvette was old, some parts were unattainable but Brandon never gave up finding a solution. And the outcome was spectacular. The car was returned to it's original condition. Outstanding job. Then when we picked it up, my wife thought some of the normal dings were going to be fixed and even tho I told her it was not apart of the work we contracted for, Brandon went the extra mile to get some touch up paint and fix all the dings and nicks to make her happy. I cannot even begin to tell you how happy I was with the work effort we got from Paceline. They are PRO's and their work is absolutely first class. If you need body or paint work done, you really need to see these folks first. AND, the job came in $500 less than expected. Can't say much more than that. Great job guys.

Bodywork: A Paint: C- ; clearcoat drips/sags & rough/overspray in doorjam area. Follow through: F ; Requested additional quote for chip repair in hood. Was told touch-up could be done for no charge. At pickup, found paint issues above and chip repair incomplete. Was requested to leave vehicle and these issues would be addressed same day. Completed payment with plan to return late same evening for pickup. At pick that evening, found all issues still unresolved and dead battery.

Work seems to be done to perfection and y'all kept it extra days to make sure everything was ok. My only lack of satisfaction was the time before y'all could start the work and then the time to complete it.
