My car is making a crazy noise. Don't know what it is. I left there went across the street for gas and when I left the car started making some noises I couldn't make out. I turned around to take it back but the doors were locked and I couldn't see anyone at the desk. I will be taking it back up first thing in the morning!!!

I received multiple text message about my car time pickup. Stating that it might be ready at different times ; time frames were never consist which through my day off and not knowing what to tell my supervisor. I was in a meeting all day and never knew the exact time I should and could leave. Too many text messages and inconsistencies with pickup time. Tying up customers day/time based around a guessing game is not good customer service. But I am pleased with my car.

Great job repairing my CR-V, the repair was completed fast and it looked good as new. I turned in my vehicle on Monday and picked it up on Thursday. I expected the paint to be off, however, it matched perfectly.

First I must say Sara was awesome! She called me to keep me updated with every step they made. She never sounded annoyed with me when I called and her kindness was heartwarming. I didn't meet Brian but my husband did and he could not stop talking about his kindness. My husband stopped by the shop unannounced and Brian took the time out to speak with him and took him around the shop and explained everything that was done and what needed to be done. I have never experienced anything like this from a mechanic and I would and will highly recommend Service King to any and everyone. Thanks!!!
