My experience at Service king was great. The service and the people was professional. I was always informed as to what step the car process was in. I had a one on one contact person, her name was Sara Peterson, she kept me informed everyday about the car and when it will be ready. One thing I forgot to mentioned, I'm a asthmatic patient and the spell from the paint was very strong in the car, good thing I had my inhaler with me which helped a whole lot, overall superb job Service King staff. Very exceptional customer service! Im pleased with the concierge like service provided and keeping me up to date and informed also the convenience of picking up and dropping off rental there. It was like a **** stop shop!

Thank you for doing a great job on my truck. I really appreciate the extra things everyone did like vacuuming and washing it to make it look brand new to me when I picked it up.
