The only problem I had was the both times I came into the reception area, no one was at the front desk and I had to holler Hello to get someone’s attention. I truly understand someone might need to take a break but someone needs to cover for them.

Installed the wrong right headlight. But have to wait on a chrome piece for the hood to come in. So I guess they can put it on the same day.

Great service. I called just before closing to see if it was ok for me to come pick up my car. They guys waited for me to get there and didn’t rush me at all. Everyone I ran into during my service experience was very courteous!

The Entire process was flawless. The Geico rep on site, the enterprise rep on site and the young lady at the front desk was all amazing. They made us feel at ease about leaving our vehicle in the care of Service King. They kept us well informed via text message on each step of the repair work. And when the repairs were complete we received a text message letting us know. The repairs looks awesome. We couldn't tell that anything had ever happened to the vehicle. It looks great. To have everything you need right there on site was just so wonderful. Every Auto Repair Company should use your method of Service. Thank you so much Service King!!
