The final results were good, but getting there was problematic from the beginning. First, there was confusion on getting the car to Professional Collision. My wife made arrangements with USAA to tow the car to shop, so when the receptionist contacted me for the first time to make arraignments for repair, I informed her my wife spoke with someone to get car towed, the receptionist replied We dont offer towing. I think she could have been a little more helpful and figured out that the insurance company is probably having the car towed to the shop. Next, the car sat in the shop for two days with no action taken because I didnt know to sign the web-based repair authorization. When the receptionist had me on the phone for the first time, she could have informed me about the repair process. I was called a few days later and told the car was ready for pick up. The cosmetic repair to the bumper was done, but the service airbag light remained on. No one checked the status of the warning light and more repairs were necessary. When my wife stated the service airbag light is still on, she was told we needed to take it to the dealership for repair. She declined the suggestion and insisted Professional make the repair. After a technician checked out the fault codes, there were parts in the seatbelt system that needed to get replaced. We are happy with the final results, but not with the repair process. Professional Collision should review its repair process and seek ways for improvements to the customer experience.

Keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle via text or email. Only complaint is that I was sent an email for pickup (checked email Thursday evening after store closing) bUT was not called. Hopefully I'm not charged an additional day from enterprise.

Professional Collision did a good job. The part I wasn't completely satisfied with was Enterprise Rental Car. The car they wanted to give me was dirty and had trash in it. I had to wait for them to clean it when I went to pick up the car, even though they knew in advance what time I would need a rental car. The rental car also smelled slightly like smoke.
