The staff at Service King was nothing but courteous, punctual, and exemplary with their service. I was very pleased with Taylor who worked the front desk at the Woodbridge, VA location as she was such a pleasant help and a breath of fresh air walking into the shop for the first time. Mot only did she handle the confusion with the car insurance companies with ease but she did so with a smile on her face. I will definitely recommend Service King to friends and family! Thank You!

Your team had to complete3 a very difficult repair and my insurance company wasn't easy to deal with during the process. Despite that they still did a great job. My truck looks awsome.

The fog lights appear to have not been fixed with the front bumper. Also I'm not sure because of the fog lights not working properly, it's causing the battery to drain. We had to jumpstart the car this morning when picking it up and a couple more times after that.

When I picked up my car, it was very dirty in the interior: dust everywhere, floor mats were very dirty, finger print a lot in the areas near the repair. After taking it home, I spent over 2 hrs cleaning it myself. I had paper over the floor mats to prevent the dirt and they removed it and put their dirty feet over it. Why did they do that? Moreover, during the cleaning process, I discovered a new dent at the second door at the driver side. This is new, since I never saw it before. You don't live up to your name of "Service King", and I am very disappointed. Moreover, it took you over two weeks to repair 1000 worth of damage.
