I had a great experience at Service King in Fredericksburg VA . We worked with Holly **** and she was very friendly and guided us through the process. I was also very impressed with how fast the work on my car took as well as I appreciated the text messages that informed me of each step and when things were accomplished. I would highly recommend Service King to others.

The work that needed to be done came out great. I was surprised considering how much hail damage that i needed to compound a bunch of areas on the passenger side. The glass had pit marks, most of that i compounded out as well. Just surprised i got it back like that. Could have been buffed out instead of me compounding it. I mentioned the white spots when i picked it up, we didnt know what it was at the time,but wouldnt come of w/o compound when i got hime. The whole right side and glass. Don't want to sound ungrateful,shop was heloful, curteous and did a nice job, and got it done a day early. Thanks for the service, you guys did a nice job!

I really liked how they made my car look bran new. Before when I brought my car it was dirty, but when got car back it was all vacuumed out and all cleaned. Did not think they would do that. But I very pleased that they did. Will come back for any future repairs

From the minute I walked into Service King I felt welcomed and taken care of. After getting into an accident, this was a welcome relief. Holly walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. On the day of the repair, I was taken care of and was informed throughout the day of the process of the work. It was a great experience from beginning to end.
