The hood was adjusted and aligned but still has pits from parts that came off the vehicle during the accident. The complete right side of the car is covered with scratches and scrapes that were not there when the car was turned in. It also looks like several areas on the right side of the car were keyed or scraped with something that would leave that impression. There are buff marks all over the vehicle.

When I picked my car up there is a gap between the hood and the side panel where it was supposed to be fixed. My vent visor is not attached on the driver's door and the paint doesn't match the other parts of the car. Not sure what was put on the windows but they are blurry.

All service representatives were friendly, courteous and informative. I was most Pleased with their frequent updating of the status of my vehicle repair. The repairs were completed even earlier than they first estimated they would be. The whole repair process from start to finish was professional in every respect. On a scale of ****-10, with 10 being the highest and best rating, Service King and staff were all number "10's' in my estimation. If I ever have a need for future auto repairs my first choice for service will definitely be Service King and I will recommend it to all my family and friends. Thanks for a job well done!

I will be completely satisfied when the other insurance company reimburse me for that deductible and you for the damage that was done only to my car and my healing period because that big van wasn't harm at all. I'm sure my claim rep is in touch with the other party,etc. Otherwise, I have to say, Service King did an outstanding job on my car. Thank You
