My car was there from December 5th until January 4th. The promise date was changed from 12/21/17 to 12/29/17 on the day prior to the promise date. There was no communication from 12/20 until I called on 12/29 about picking up my car. I was told I would get a call back, which I didn’t receive. I stopped in person and was told that I would receive a call about the status, which I didn’t receive. I expected it to be completed the next business day, ****/2/18, but I received no call. On ****/3/18, I received a call telling me it might be ready before close of business. I received no notification informing me that it wouldn’t be ready. It was finally ready for pickup on ****/4/18. The lack of communication from 12/20/17 to ****/4/18 is disconcerting. Keeping me in the loop about delays would have alleviated a lot of stress on my part.

I was told 2-3 days, took more than a week. I had to call for an update after 5 days. The many excuses were, however, delivered respectfully and with courtesy.
