I was so pleased with my recent visit to Precision Collision. My repair was processed efficiently, expertly, and quickly. I was kept up to date on each step of the repair process. My vehicle was ready to pick up before the estimated time. What was even more remarkable was the fact that my vehicle looked better than it did when I first bought it. It was clean, shiny, and ready for me to drive it home. The entire team, from the customer relations group to the mechanical engineers are all so talented and great at what they do. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

It was a real pleasure working with Jorge Barrientos, from the initial estimate, all the way through picking up our Honda Fit. He always greeted me with a warm and professional demeanor. From the first meeting, as we walked over to start the initial estimate, he began telling me about Precision Collision's process, what he was seeing, what it meant, and how the repair would be accomplished. Jorge answered every one of my questions clearly, and with confidence. I am a car guy who does most of the work maintaining my cars, and I enjoy getting my hands dirty. Jorge gave me every detail I could ask for. Whenever I called, he knew instantly which car was mine, and what was happening. The results were great. The craftsmanship and attention to detail by the mechanic was wonderful. I inspected the work and it was flawless. Jorge explained what damages were found beyond the initial estimate (as forewarned), and how the damage was corrected. I failed to ask for the mechanic's name. He did a great job. BIG KUDOS to you. Nice work! Friday morning, Angel called me with a nice surprise, telling me the car was ready. The car was ready a few days early. During checkout, there was a small miscommunication with the insurance company, but was quickly remedied. This was my third experience with the Precision Collision team, and again I am very pleased. Robert Plate has assembled a great team of professionals! If I ever need auto body repairs, PC is where I will go. (Hopefully not too soon!) Thank you, John
