I really liked the text updates and that you have an Enterprise housed at your facilitiy. The office staff was very helpful with the mix up with my insurance company. Hope I don’t get into another accident but I know where to go if I do.

Excellent service. I received both a text and a phone call every day with the status of my vehicle. When I went to pick up, I just handed the rental car keys to them and drove away in my vehicle. Greatvservice, my car looks like new!

I made a request for them to fix a portion close to the mudguard that had rusted. This had nothing to do with the damage due to the collision. I informed them that I would pay the work out of my own pocket. I was quoted a price and I aithorized the person I was speaking with to go ahead with that particular repair. When I picked up my vehicle, nothing was done to fix it. Needless to say I was very disappointed and frustrated. According to Kings Service they were willing to fix it for the same price or rate they charge the insurance company. What is the point? Now they would have to start all over again to fix that small portion and I would have to waste more time waiting. I would have understood if I was told at the very beginning that it could not be done. Totally ridiculous. Can't people talk straight anymore?

The repair 2 weeks longer than expected, I was not kept updated on the change, finally picked up the car and there was a piece missing on front bumper... Very disappointed

They did not do anything about the scratches on the trunk. I thought we were on the agreement that they would detail/buff it out. Ford dealership told me to take it to the fast-lane body shop but USAA recommended ServiceKing. They did fix the broken rear-window, replaced the soft-top, and washed the car. With the amount of money I had to pay I expected a complete job. Thanks, Maj Emami

Good service and communication during the repair process. Would’ve like to have a written estimate. The team said that they worked directly with the insurance company to pay the charges but I left without an idea of the estimated costs. Pickup was easy.

Yesterday I pickup my vehicle very next day I see wheel cover not changed and headlight there are still scratches and go back again next day and show them that work is not done they return my car without complete work ???

I loved the service your company gave me. They continually informed me, great work, and made sure I was fully taken care of at every step of my time with your company. I sort of wish I could have something else to use service king for, but I will have to settle with just letting everyone I know they should use service king for their collision and repair needs. Great job service king.
