Customer service and satisfaction are their top priorities. It was demonstrated from the initial contact until I picked up my car. They were prompt and did exactly everything they said they would do. The daily progress reports were a surprising added touch. Mike, Sandy and everyone else I interacted all had the same goal in mind and that was to provide excellent customer service. I was very impressed and completely satisfied with the job done on my car. Without a doubt, the best experience I've had or ther than Nordstroms! Would certainly recommend and use them again should the need occur.
