Unprofessional. DId not follow through with deadlines. Car was not returned at a level that is to be called professional. Communication from the body shop was very poor. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED!

I appreciated the prompt service, good communication, and thorough repair that Auto World Collision Center provided. Also, it was so easy to just pick up the rental car when I dropped my car off, and then vice versa. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, and my car looks great!
