I am a second time customer and i only trust Matt to take care of my car while its in the shop because he walked me through a smooth process and updated me on the progress while my car was being repaired. I was 100% satisfied with the quality of the work. I was not 100% satisfied with the experience b/c North Ranch did not contact me as I was told they would when I selected them during my online claim submission through Liberty Mutual. I had to contact them.
